Hiking

I have found hiking is a great exercise because it is easy to adjust our family’s level of fitness. The outdoor adventure can be on a well maintained trail, or off the beaten path, or it's totally up to you. This makes it excellent for us, as we strive to improve our fitness. My goal is to journal the hikes, trails and experiences as we explore the great parks in our state of Texas.
